Hi Frankie, please find the answers below. Specific dates for orders If you would like to restrict users from selected specific dates, then you can add validations to the date field. Only the following the date validations are supported. - Allow only future dates - Allow only past dates - Allow only future dates with lead time - Allow between two dates Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click on the Add field button > enter the title "Pickup date", select the date widget and click Create > click on the gear icon next to the pickup date field > Field settings page will be displayed > click Answer > click Configure for the validation option > add the preferred response validation and click Save. Currently we do not have the option to allow only specific dates and restrict to specific time slots. For example, If you would like to allow users to select only specific dates such as 9-April, 10-April, 12-April, 13-April, then you can add a dropdown question with the list of valid date - time slots as answer choices (see below) 9-April 10-April 12-April 13-April Payments We have integrated with Stripe and Paypal for automated payments. In addition, you can also enable manual & offline payment methods such as cash on delivery, bank transfer, check etc. Automated payments When this option is enabled, users will be able to submit the order only if the payment is successful. Please note Stripe, Paypal charges a transaction fee. Stripe supports card payments, Cash App, iDeal, Bancontact, Paynow and GrabPay. The list of available payment options will be automatically enabled depending on your country. Paypal supports Paypal and Venmo payments. Please note that you must have a Paypal Business account to enable automated Venmo payments in your form. Manual payments When the user submits the form, we automatically generate the QR code/ pay now button that autofills the amount. The payment details are displayed after the user submits the form. Please note that you will have to manually reconcile payments by checking the transactions. When a user places an order, the payment status will be either marked as "Pending" (not paid) by default. If the user clicks on the Mark as paid button, the status will be updated as "Paid, not verified". Once you verify the payment, you can mark the order as "Paid". Enable payments Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button. Button settings will be displayed. Click Enable payments. The payment options supported in your country will be displayed. You can configure any of these options in your form and click Save.
