Hi Rical, you can add a short answer question with email response validation to ensure that the email address format is correct. Please note that the response validation is to only check the format of the email address and not if it is a valid email. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the + icon to add a question > enter the title "Email address", select Short answer question type > click on the gear icon for this question > Question settings page will be displayed > click Answer > click on the configure link for the Validation option > select Text, Email response validation and click Save.
