Hi Mubina, Once you customize your existing google forms using the Neartail addon, you must use the Neartail share link to collect responses from your users. Otherwise, the calculations and payments will not work. Currently the bit.ly url is mapped to the google forms link. You will have to update it to the Neartail share link and then use the bit.ly url or directly use the Neartail share link.
