Hi Matthew, The subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to customize the form and collect responses. You can add collaborators to provide access to your team, but please note that the collaborators will have to subscribe to the paid plan using their email account to continue using it after the trial ends. Note: You can also upgrade to the Neartail Site builder plan that supports multiple staff accounts. (Standard plan: 2 accounts, Professional plan: 3 accounts).
