You have mapped the Cake Sizes field for the Amount and Net amount option in the Summary settings page. You must calculate the order amount and map this field for the Amount option. Please follow the instructions below to update it. Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail edit page, click on the gear icon next to the form title. Form settings page will be displayed. Click on the configure fields icon next to the Save button in the bottom right corner. Summary settings page will be displayed. Select None for the Amount, Net amount option and click Save. Calculate amount You have created your form in Google Forms. You must customize it using the addon to add amount calculations and enable the edit permissions for Neartail so that you can make the edits directly in the Neartail Editor going forward. Open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click Neartail > click Calculate order amount > select the currency, click Next > select the Calculate from price option, click Next > click Customize > Edit page will open in a new tab > Amount field with the formula to calculate the amount will be automatically added. You can preview the form and then submit a response to test to the form. Please try this and confirm.

Note: If you have already customized the form using the Neartail addon, you will be able to add the amount calculations directly in the Neartail Editor. Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail edit page, click on the the Add price field icon > select Order amount and click Next > select Standard calculation using TOTAL() formula and click Next > click Create.
