Good Day, please do check to our neartail order form on customer side...when they fill up the form they cant submit because no submit display on the screen and it will automatically appear lacking details on customer side. Thank You.
Hi Jeremy, are users unable to submit the form or are they getting any error messages when they submit the form or are the submitted responses not recorded properly? Could you please share the details.
Note: You have added a required field "Date of Delivery / Pick Up" in the home page and also enabled the search option, quick navigation for product categories. This will allow users to use the search option to directly go to category page to select the products without entering an answer for the required "Date of Delivery / Pick Up" field. If there are missing answers for the required fields, then the responses may not be recorded properly.
