Good morning, we are having problems with the form, several customers are reporting to us that they are unable to complete the form. Can you check what the reason is? We also receive partially filled out forms and this has never happened, we have been using your service since last year and we have always had a good experience. Hi - Are users getting any error messages when the try to submit the form? please share the details along with a sample response that the customer is trying to submit. You can send it to support@neartial.com

Good afternoon and thank you! Customers do not receive any error messages, they say that they were able to fill out the form up to a certain point and then were no longer able to continue. However, we receive the partially filled forms but the initial data such as name and surname are missing (see attachment)

The autosave option is enabled by default. When a user starts filling the form, Neartail saves their response as a draft for 3 hrs. If the user starts filling the form, doesn't submit it, but returns within 3hrs, he can choose to continue from where he left off or start from scratch. You can view these responses under the Abandoned status in the Neartail Orders page. After which section are the users unable to continue? Please confirm.

The form set up looks fine. There are 6 required questions in the first section and all of these editable. Also, the 'After section 1" option seems to configured correctly. Users should be able to answer all the 6 required questions and then click on the Next button to navigate to the second section. I just tested the form and it works well without any issues. Users who are reporting the issue, are they not able to click on the next button or is it unresponsive or are they getting any error messages? Please share the details.

If your users are still facing this issues, could you please check and confirm the device, browser they are using, including the version details.
