Hi Nola, please find the answers below. Subscription You have subscribed to the Neartail Form Builder plans. You can create an order form using Neartail and share the Neartail short link with your users to collect orders from them. You can also choose to automatically create a website from your form with a single click. You can enter a custom name to create your website. For example near.tl/farmfresh. If you would like to map your custom domain to the website, then you must upgrade to the Neartail Site Builder plans. Create a website https://neartail.com/site-builder/create-your-site.html Site Builder Pricing https://neartail.com/site-builder/pricing.html Analytics Currently we do not have the option to add the GA or Facebook pixel to the website. This feature is part of the roadmap. Sync responses to Google Sheets Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the form title. Form settings will be displayed. Click Advanced. Click Launch to open Google Forms. In Google Forms, click Responses and click on the spreadsheet icon to sync responses to Google Sheets. All the fields in the form are included as columns and each row is a response. The responses will be synced in real time. Export order line items data from Neartail Reports If you used the Neartail templates to create your order form, then you will also be able export the Neartail Reports data to google sheets. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Reports > click on the sync button in the bottom right corner. The responses will be synced to Sheets ONLY when you click on the Export button in Neartail. This includes order status, payment status & more. When you sync the Neartail reports to Google Sheets, we create three sheets. (1) Order summary: This includes the customer contact details, amount and other fields in the form. (2) Order lineitems: This includes the order lineitems data. You can use the pivot table option on this sheet to create the aggregate reports you need. (3) Order details: This includes the quantity ordered for the products in each order. Each product will be added as a column. For products with variants, each variant will be a separate column. Email notifications for new orders You can send notification emails to your team for new orders. You can set up the email to include the order details along with the option to update the order status. The number of email address that you hav add depends on your subscription plan. For detailed instructions, please refer to the help article below. https://neartail.com/order-form/receive-notification-emails-for-new-orders.html Configure discount You can setup your form to automatically apply a discount based on order amount, quantity or coupon code. Please follow the steps below. Add coupon code option (skip this for automatic discounts based on amount or quantity) In the Neartail Edit page, click on the Add field button > enter the title Coupon Code, select Textbox widget and click Create. Calculate discount In the Neartail Edit page, click on the Add price field button > select Discount and click Next > select Custom formula and click Next > enter the below text and click Create. If the Coupon Code is NEW10, then the discount is 10% of the order amount. If the Coupon Code is LOYAL15, then the discount is 15% of the order amount. Otherwise, no discount. Note: You can change the coupon code and discount percentage as required. Instead of typing the instructions, you can also add the formula directly. IFS(Coupon Code == "NEW10", 0.1 * Order Amount, Coupon Code == "LOYAL15", 0.15 * Order Amount, 0) Calculate amount to be paid (skip this since you have already added this in your form) In the Neartail Edit page, click on the Add price field button > select Net amount and click Next > select Standard calculation using NETOTAL() formula and click Next > click Create. Supplier Neartail allows you to map a supplier for a product and then automatically generate aggregate reports by Supplier, product. This option will not be useful for Meal Prep use cases since you are preparing fresh food and not sourcing products from suppliers for delivery.
