Hello,
I am trying to change the name of the form account. My form is titled My Bistro - Museum of History Menu, and I want to change it to My Bistro - Internal Ordering Form.
I could not find a field to change this option, and whenever I try to access the form, it always has My Bistro - Museum of History Menu as the header.
Could you please assist?

Hi Em-Jae, To change the name that appears in the header of your form, you need to update the Title in the Theme settings. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the profile name in the top right corner > click Change theme > The Theme settings page will be displayed in the Preview page > click Page > Enter the preferred text in the Title (header) option and click Save. Please note that the header, footer, logo and theme settings are for your account and it will be applied to all the forms you create using your account.
