Hi Lidrona, You can delete orders from Neartail by moving them to the Trash status. The orders in Trash status will not be included in the Neartail Reports. Please note that deleting orders will not reset the order number or delete the orders already synced to Google Sheets. If you would like to start from scratch, then you can make a copy of the form and use the share link for the form to collect orders. Delete redundant orders Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, you can drag and drop (place the cursor on the profile image/default icon to drag) orders to the Trash status or click on an response to view the details, select the Trash status for the Move to option and click Submit. Please note that you cannot change the order status for abandoned orders. You can move redundant responses to Trash status. Enable Strict Privacy You can enable the Privacy option to delete the responses in Abandoned and Trash status permanently. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the three dots next to the Abandoned or Trash status > You can enable or disable the privacy settings. When enabled, the responses in Abandoned and Trash status will be automatically deleted after 7 days. Please note that the Abandoned status will be automatically hidden when the privacy option is enabled. Make a copy Login to Neartail > click Forms > List of your forms will be displayed > click on the More option for the form you would like to duplicate > click Make a copy > enter the title, click Proceed > Edit page will be displayed > make the necessary edits > click Share > copy the short link and share it with your users to collect orders. By default, the responses will be recorded only in Neartail. You can view the form submissions in the Neartail Orders and the Reports page. If needed, you can enable the option to submit responses to Google Forms. Submit to google forms Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the form title to select it > click on the settings gear icon > Form settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > enable the Submit to google forms option and click Save. Once enabled, new responses will be recorded in Google Forms. If you have linked your google forms with google forms, the responses will be synced to google sheets. This is a google forms feature.
