Hi, how can I be alerted, real tome when a guest makes a new request? Best would to be Whatsapp’d and preferably including a message to whatever direct staff are involved.

Send confirmation email to customers when they submit their order: https://neartail.com/order-form/send-confirmation-emails-to-customers.html Send notification email to your team for new orders: https://neartail.com/order-form/receive-notification-emails-for-new-orders.html Please note that the email notifications are sent when the order is submitted WhatsApp message You can configure your WhatsApp number in your form and allow users to submit their order to that number. Instructions below. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will open in a new tab > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > select Submit response to WhatsApp > configure the WhatsApp number and click Save. Please note that you must enter the country code when configuring the WhatsApp number. When a user submits the form, Neartail composes their order as a message and opens it in WhatsApp. Users can click on the send button to send their order as a WhatsApp message to you. Please note that this is not an automated notification, but a message that the user sends manually.
