Hi Aries, when you enable the submit response to WhatsApp option in your form, the scan QR code message will be displayed if the user submits the form on their desktop. This is a standard message that cannot be customized. Note: [1] If you would like to display the message in a different language, you can update the language set in the form. In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button and select the preferred language in the Button settings page. [2] If the user submits the form on their mobile, Neartail will automatically compose their order as a message and open it in WhatsApp.
