Neartail does not support Google Forms feature that requires signin. You must disable these features first and the customize it using the Neartail addon. Disable collect email address Open your form in Google Forms > click Settings > click Responses > you have selected "Verified" for the Collect email addresses option. This requires users to signin to submit the form. Select "Do not collect" for the Collect email addresses option Add email address field In Google Forms, click Questions > click on the + icon to add a short answer question > enter the title "Email address" > enable the toggle button for Required option > click on the three dots next to this toggle button > click Response validation > select Text, Email to add a email response validation. Customize form In Google Forms, click on the addon icon > click Neartail > click Change form layout > select the preferred layout and click More > Neartail Preview page will open in a new tab > click Edit to update the form or click Share, copy the short link and share it with your users to collect responses. Once you customize a form using the Neartail addon, it will be displayed in the Neartail Forms dashboard. You can then login to Neartail and directly access this form.
