Hi,
I am planning to install this to go with our google order form. We are in Thailand - are we able to display the product prices in Thai baht with your app extension?
I know that Stripe doesn't support Thai baht, so we will offer bank transfer and COD options, but we need to be able to display everything in Thai baht.
Thanks for your help,
Raelene

Hi Raelene, when you create your form using Neartail, it will automatically set the currency based on our location. If the default currency is not correct, you can update the currency in the form. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > select the preferred currency and click Save. Enable payments Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button. Button settings will be displayed. Click Enable payments. The payment options supported in your country will be displayed. You can configure the preferred payment options -- Bank transfer, Cash on delivery and click Save. Once you complete the setup, you can use the Neartail share link to submit a response and test the payment process to ensure everything is working correctly. Manual payments Bank transfer and cash on delivery are manual payment options. When the user submits the form, the bank transfer and cash on delivery payment options will be displayed. When the user selects the bank transfer option and clicks on Proceed to payment. Their order will be submitted and the payment details will be displayed. Users can make the payment and confirm by clicking on Mark as paid. Please note that you will have to manually reconcile payments by checking the transactions. When a user places an order, the payment status will be either marked as "Pending" (not paid) by default. If the user clicks on the Mark as paid button, the status will be updated as "Paid, not verified". Once you verify the payment, you can mark the order as "Paid".
