Hi, I am wondering if/how orders are completed, can they get bumped out of our spreadsheet that we export the information to?

HI Carly, there are two options to export the responses to Google Sheets. #1 Sync responses to Google Sheets Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the form title. Form settings will be displayed. Click Advanced. Click Launch to open Google Forms. In Google Forms, click Responses and click on the spreadsheet icon to sync responses to Google Sheets. All the fields in the form are included as columns and each row is a response. The responses will be synced in real time. Please note that this sheet will not include details about the payment status, order status etc. #2 Export order line items data from Neartail Reports If you used the Neartail templates to create your order form, then you will also be able export the Neartail Reports data to google sheets. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Reports > click on the sync button in the bottom right corner. The responses will be synced to Sheets ONLY when you click on the Export button in Neartail. This includes order status, payment status & more. When you sync the Neartail reports to Google Sheets, we create three sheets. (1) Order summary: This includes the order ID, order status, payment details, payment status, customer contact details, amount and other fields in the form. (2) Order lineitems: This includes the order lineitems data such as order id, name, quantity, unit price, amount etc. You can use the pivot table option on this sheet to create the aggregate reports you need. (3) Order details: This includes the quantity ordered for the products in each order. Each product will be added as a column. For products with variants, each variant will be a separate column. You can use the order status column to filter completed orders.
