Google Forms Open your form in Google Forms > click Settings > click Presentation > click on the Edit link for the confirmation message option > enter the thank you message and click Save. We are not using your template to create the form; we are only embedding it from Google. So does it mean we have to set the configuration from google instead ?

You can use the Formfacade share link or embed the form on your website using the Formfacade embed code and use the url of that webpage to collect responses.
