Hi, I would like to set up an automatic email for order confirmation. With what function can I add the correspondent name of the customer to the email?

You can click on the @ icon in the message editor and select the required field from the list to include in the email message. For example, if you would like to personalize the email by including the name, place the cursor after "Hi " where you would like to insert the name, click on the @ icon in the message editor and select the name field from the list. It will add the id entry### for the name field. This will be automatically replaces with the name form the response when the email is sent.
