What data would you like to collect using forms? Could you please tell us about your business and use case.

Hi I will be running an online meat business mainly on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp and need to be able to take orders via these platforms. The product will be delivered to customers, so I also need a delivery tracking system if you have that available?

You can create your form using the Neartail templates and share it on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp to take orders from your customers. Neartail templates https://neartail.com/order-forms/grocery.html To get started, pick a template (link above), edit it to add your products, customize the theme settings to add your logo, update the header, footer and use the share link to collect responses. Delivery tracking Neartail does not have integrations with logistics, delivery service providers, but you can use the order status feature to manage your order processing workflow. By default, there are four order status: Abandoned, Submitted, Completed, Trash. If a user starts filling the form, but does not submit it, it will be displayed in the Abandoned status. These orders will be displayed only in the Neartail Orders page and it will not be included in Reports. Abandoned orders will have * prefixed to the order number in the Neartail Orders page. When a user fills the form and submits it, it will be displayed in the Submitted status. These orders will be recorded in Neartail and Google Forms. You can sync Google Forms responses to Google Sheets. Submitted orders will have # prefixed to the order number in the Neartail Orders page. The order numbers should be in sequential order. You can click on the + Status button in the bottom right corner of the Neartail Orders page to create additional status such as "Packed", "Delivered" and manage your workflow.
