Hi! Just wondering how this works exactly. I quite like your order template, which is very useful for my boyfriend's company. I can't seem to be able to use it, however, when I make a copy in google forms. Do I need to pay to use one template? Will I stop having access to the form if I do not indeed pay after the 7 day trial? Thank you for your help!

Hi Stéphanie, You can use the Neartail templates to create your order form.If you have already created your form in Google Forms, you can customize it using the Neartail addon to add calculations and enable payments. You must use the Neartail share link to collect responses. Otherwise, customization and calculations will not work. Neartail is a paid product with a 7 day trial. If you find Neartail useful and would like to collect more than 20 responses or continue using it after the trials, you will have to subscribe to the paid plan. What's your use cases? How many responses are you expecting each month?
