You have added required fields on the first page in your form. If you add the category quick navigation in this page, then users will be able to click on a category to directly navigate to this category page without filling the required fields in the form. So, when the user submits the form, their order will not be recorded properly.

If you wish to add the quick navigation, then you must move all the required fields to the [contact details] page after all the category pages.
