Hi - The subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to edit the form and collect responses. The employee will have to use the same google account to login to Neartail and edit the form. Or, you can add collaborators to provide access to your employee, but they will have to subscribe to the paid plan to to continue using Neartail after their trial ends.

Thank for your reply, but i can not share my google account, i think i can create a new google account. So have any way to change the paid plan from this account to my new account ? Is that possible?

We do not have the option to transfer subscriptions. If you would like to use a different email account, you can subscribe to the paid plan using the preferred email account and then cancel the existing subscription.
