Hi Matt, You can configure your WhatsApp number in your form and allow users to submit their response to WhatsApp. When a user submits the form, Neartail composes their order as a message and opens it in WhatsApp. Users can click on the send button to send their order as a WhatsApp message to you. Please note that this is not an automated notification, but a message that the user sends manually. Instead of configuring a WhatsApp number, you can select a form field with the WhatsApp number so that order is submitted to that number. You can create unique prefill links for each merchandiser/sales consultant so that their WhatsApp number is prefilled in the form. When a user submits the form, the order will be sent to the respective merchandiser. Add a field for Merchandiser WhatsApp number In the Neartail Edit page, click on the add field button > enter the title "Merchandiser WhatsApp number", select Textbox widget and click Create > Field settings page will be displayed (otherwise click on the gear icon next to the "Merchandiser WhatsApp number" field) > click Answer > change the Appearance to hidden and click Save. Note: You can also mark this field as readonly if you would like to show the merchandiser whatsapp number to the user filling the form. Configure WhatsApp number in the form Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will open in a new tab > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > select Submit response to WhatsApp > click Dynamic routing > Get number from this field option will be displayed > select the "Merchandiser WhatsApp number" field from the list and click Save. Create unique links for each merchandiser Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will open in a new tab > click Share > click Customers > click New link > enter the unique name for the link (min 4 characters), click Next > enter the whatsapp number in the "Merchandiser WhatsApp number" field and click Create. Please note that you must enter the country code when configuring the WhatsApp number. Repeat these steps to create unique links for each merchandiser.
