Hi, we have created an online order form on neartail and we were using the trial version till now. After a month of usage we started receiving a reminder that the trial version had ended and to use the paid features we had to upgrade. But we could cross it and continue seeing our reports. Now that option to close that reminder isn't there so we are not able to continue to reports. What could be the issue here?
