1 form submission = 1 response. All responses count towards the monthly response limit. You can view the form, responses limits and usage in your Account page.

Login to Neartail > click Account > click Manage plan > click Usage. You have subscribed to the Neartail Basic plan. You can create up to 10 forms and collect a total of 100 responses per month.
