When you add a product with variants, you can enable the "Allow users to select multiple variants" option (refer to the last screenshot in the help article below). Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the product (Note: If you are using the new editor, click on the product to select it and then click on the gear icon for that product) > Product settings page will be displayed > check the "Allow users to select multiple variants" option and click Save.
