Enable payments Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings will be displayed > click Enable payments > List of payment options supported in your country will be displayed > You can configure any of these options in your form and click Save. If you would like to use Venmo for collecting payments, you can either enable the automated Venmo payments or manual Venmo payment option. Automated payments Once you click on Enable payments > List of payment options will be displayed > click Configure for the Venmo option listed under Automated payments > connect your Paypal business account to complete the setup and click Save. Please note that you can enable the automated Venmo payment option only if you have Paypal business account. When this option is enabled, users will be able to submit the order only if the payment is successful. Paypal charges a transaction fee Manual payments Once you click on Enable payments > List of payment options will be displayed > click on the Enable button for Venmo listed under Manual payments > enter the Venmo account where you would like to receive payments and click Save. We automatically generate the QR code/ pay now button that autofills the amount. The payment details are displayed after the user submits the form. Please note that you will have to manually reconcile payments by checking the transactions. When a user places an order, the payment status will be either marked as pending (not paid) or paid, not verified (user has clicked on Mark as paid button). Once you verify the payment, you can mark the order as paid. and click Save. Images What is the issue you are facing with uploading images? Are you getting any error messages? Please share a screenshot along with the relevant details.

When adding an image to a text area, it shows up in the editor, but when previewing the form, it shows the broken image icon.

Can you try it on Chrome browser or on your mobile using the data connection?

I think it has to do with my ISP. I open it on my phone, off of wifi and it works.

Which ISP are you using? Could you please confirm.

Is there an issue for folks using Spectrum loading the images?

Can you turn off the Security shield using the Spectrum app and then test the form using your wifi. Please try this and confirm.
