Hi Linda, The abandoned orders less than 48 hours old in Neartail cannot be deleted. This is by design. Neartail autosaves orders as drafts so that customers can start and submit the order in multiple sittings. These draft orders are displayed in the Abandoned status. You can periodically delete abandoned orders that are more than 48 hours old to keep your Orders page organized. Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the three dots next to the Abandoned status > select "Delete".
