Hi Rachel, If you have already created your form in Google Forms, you can customize it using the Neartail addon to calculate the amount. Calculate order amount Open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click Neartail > click Calculate order amount > select the currency, click Next > select the Calculate from price option, click Next > click Customize > Edit page will open in a new tab > click Share > copy the short link and share it with your users to collect responses. If you haven't created your form yet, I'd recommend you to create the form using the Neartail templates that includes the amount and quantity calculations.
