Hi Suzie, You can add a response validation to the order amount field to enforce a minimum order amount.
Minimum order amount
In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Order Amount field > Field settings page will be displayed > click Answer > click on the Configure link for the Validation option > select Number, Greater than or equal to, enter the minimum amount (for example, 20), enter the custom error message and click Save.
If the order amount is less than $20, then an error message will be displayed when the customer tries to place the order.
Discount calculation
You can use the IFS function to apply the discount based on order amount or order quantity.
Calculate discount
In the Edit page, click on the Add price field button > select Discount, click Next > select Custom calculation, click Next > Enter the below formula and click Create.
Discount based on order amount
IFS(Order Amount >= 100, 0.20 * Order Amount, Order Amount >= 50, 0.10 * Order Amount, 0)
I have applied a 20% discount for amounts over $100 and a 10% discount for amounts over $50. You can change the discount percentage as required, You can also apply additional discounts.
Discount based on order quantity
IFS(Order Quantity > 10, Order Quantity * 2, 0)
If the customer orders more than 10 quantities, then they get a $2 discount per quantity.
Calculate total amount
In the Edit page, click on the Add price field button > select Net amount, click Next > select Standard calculation using NETTOTAL() formula, click Next > click Create.
Please try this and confirm.
