Enable inventory You can enable the inventory option for a product and enter the available stock. Neartail automatically keeps track of the product orders and updates the available stock. When the stock becomes zero, the product is marked as sold out. For details, refer to this help article.  https://neartail.com/order-form/add-products-with-limited-stock.html Manually mark the product as sold out Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > click Enable inventory > enter the available stock as zero and click Save. ThIs product will be marked as sold out and the users will not be able to place an order for this product. Hide product Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > click Hide and click Save. If you hide a product, users will not be able to view the product or place an order for this product. This option is useful for seasonal products that are available only for specific periods of time.
