You can sync the orders to google sheets. Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Reports > In the Reports page, click on the ⚙️ settings gear icon (see screenshot below) > click Sync all orders to google sheets.

You can also download the reports data as csv and open it in excel or google sheets. Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Reports > In the Reports page, click on the ⫶ more icon (see screenshot below) > click Export to csv. You can then right click on the csv file and open with excel.

we used to option earlier to download the report in the xls with 3 tabs.

now we are not able to get any direct option to download to xls… also the csv file not opening in xls

pls look into this urgently as direct option was good earlier

the csv file was coming like this when we try to open in xls

this was how we were abke to download d report with 3 tabs- order summary, line items n order detials

after converting the csv file to xls the information showing in wrong format… also we do not have customer name, phone nr etc which we used to have in previous version

You are using the "Export to csv" option. Please use the sync to sheet option (refer to the first comment in this post).
