I am trying to create an order form, where my customers will be able to order some free product (digital photos), but then can add on additional images and pay through the form (I have that enabled). However, if a customer's order is totally free ($0.00), how can I get them to submit the form without having to enter credit card info? Right now it says order cannot be completed unless the total is above $0.00.

Hi Robin, If you have enabled automated payments such as card, Paypal, then the amount must be greater than $0. Otherwise, users will not be able to submit their order. The workaround is to enable the cash payment method so that these users can select this option and submit the form without making payments. Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Place order (Submit) button. Button settings will be displayed. Click Enable payments. The payment options supported in your country will be displayed. Enable Cash on delivery payment option in addition to the automated payments. Enter the payment instructions and click Save. This will allow users to submit the form without making payments. Please try this and confirm.
