Hi Carli, You have created your form in Google Forms and customized it using the Neartail addon. Once you have customized the form, you should make the edits directly using the Neartail Editor. If you would like to update the images, In the Neartail Edit page, click on the product to select it > click on the gear icon for this product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Change > upload the image > image editor will be displayed > you can crop the image as required and click Save. Please try this and confirm. Some notes for your reference. Once you customize your google forms using the Neartail addon, the form will be added to the Neartail Forms dashboard. You can directly login to Neartail to access the form and edit it. If you delete a form from Neartail, it will just remove this form from the Neartail dashboard. You can only access this form using the Neartail addon in Google Forms. If you would like to create a new form by duplicating an existing form, you can (1) make a copy of the form in Google Forms and then use the Neartail addon to add amount calculations and customize the form (2) make a copy of the form in Neartail. This form will be created in Neartail and this will include the calculations and the customization from the original form.
