I am trying to disable the back button so that the customer can see that we can jump between sections on the menu. I.e they do not have to scroll the whole drinks menu before getting to the food

Hi Jason, the Back button cannot be disabled. By default, a multiple page form will have the Back, Next button for navigation. You can choose to add category pages to the quick navigation to allow users to browse the products. When this option is enabled, the search option will be included in the header so that users can easily search and find products. Additionally, a quick navigation icon will be displayed on the bottom right corner (replaces the branding in the Premium plan and above) so that users can jump to any categories without having to navigate the form sequentially.

Sorry I meant that I wanted to disable the "next" button and then have the quick navigation drop down so that the user can jump to sections as you have mentioned. Is this only available in the premium plan and above. This is my first time using it. Thanks for the help

When you subscribe to the premium or business plan, the branding in the bottom right corner of the form will be automatically removed. If you add categories to quick navigation, the grid icon will be displayed in the bottom right of the form (see image below).
