Hi Amanda, There are three options to collect responses.

1. Standard short link 
2. Embed in your existing website
3. Create a website

Currently we do not have the option to change the custom name for the website or delete the near.tl website once it is created. Please note that the basic website feature is included in all the paid plans. You can choose to upgrade to the site builder plans only if you need the advanced features such as custom domain mapping etc.
