Hi Maya, If you would like to add amount calculations and show order summary in your form, you can use the Calculate order amount menu option in the Neartail addon menu. Open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click Neartail > click Calculate order amount > select the currency, check Format prices option, click Next > select the Calculate from price option, click More, enable show order summary option, click Next > click Customize > Edit page will open in a new tab > the amount field with the TOTAL() formula will be automatically added in the form > You can then customize the form and use the share link to collect responses.
