You can enabled the Show customized message for this button option instead of Sumit responses to WhatsApp.

Login to WhatsTarget / Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will open in a new tab > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > select Show customized message for this button > enter your message and click Save.
