You must either use the Neartail templates or customize your form using the Neartail addon. Otherwise, the Neartail features will not be enabled in your form. You have created your form in Google Forms. You must first customize it using the Neartail addon to set the currency in the form and add amount calculations. You will then be able to enable payments. Calculate amount Open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click Neartail > click Calculate order amount > select the currency, uncheck "Format prices & modify fields to calculate amount (Recommended)", click Next > select the Calculate from price option, click Next > click Customize > Edit page will open in a new tab > you can then enable payments. Note: Since you have already started collecting responses using the form, please DO NOT enable the "Format prices & modify fields to calculate amount (Recommended)" option. This will automatically convert the fields in Google Forms into products with prices. So, it might affect the responses already recorded in Google Forms. If you haven't collected responses, you can enable this option to use Neartail's products feature that allows you to enable inventory, add taxes, bulk discounts, shipping etc. Enable Paypal payments In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings will be displayed > click Enable payments > The payment options supported in your country will be displayed > click on the Configure link for the Paypal option under Automated payments > connect your Paypal account and click Save.
