Hi Sooyoung, Your current form set up allows users to add products to cart, click on the cart icon in the top right corner and click on the checkout button to directly navigate to the "Review and place order" page without completing the required fields in the "Contact details" page. Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the configure key fields icon in the bottom right corner at the end of page 1 (or any of the pages) > Summary settings page will be displayed > select the "Contact details" page as the checkout page and click Save.
