#1 Product setup. Neartail supports products to be sold by quantity, weight or with variants. Currently Neartail does not support customizable products. This feature is part of the roadmap. I just checked the products you have addd in your form. You must setup the following 4 products correctly. Category: Power Plate Bundles Product: 6 Meals, You have set this product as sold by quantity. Instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 as the quantity options, you have added "option 1" Category: Catering The 3 products in this category are not set up correctly. You have selected products with variants, but you haven't added any variants. #2 Summary settings mapping You have mapped the order amount field for all the summary options. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click on the form title to select it > click on the gear icon next to the form title to open the Form settings page > click on the configure key fields icon in the bottom right corner next to the Save button > Summary settings page will be displayed > select the Order amount field form the Amount option, select None for the other options such as Tax, Delivery fee, Net amount etc and click Save. We can set up these options if required. Currently order amount field is incorrect mapped for these options. #3 Payments We have integrated with Stripe and Paypal for automated payments. In addition, you can also enable manual & offline payment methods such as Cash App, cash on delivery, bank transfer, check. Enable payments Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button. Button settings will be displayed. Click Enable payments. The payment options supported in your country will be displayed. You can configure any of these options in your form. - We have integrated Stripe for card payments. This is fully automated. Users will be able to submit the order only if the payment is successful. Please note Stripe charges a transaction fee. Click here to view the demo video. You can use the link below to check the Stripe availability in your country. https://stripe.com/global - We have integrated Paypal for automated Paypal and Venmo payments. Users will be able to submit the order only if the payment is successful. Please note Paypal charges a transaction fee. You can also enable automated Venmo payments if you have a Paypal Business account. - For other payment options such as Paypal, Venmo etc, we automatically generate the QR code/ pay now button that autofills the amount. The payment details are displayed after the user submits the form. Please note that you will have to manually reconcile payments by checking the transactions. - Additionally, you can also enable Bank transfer or Cash on delivery and add the payment instructions. You can enable the bank transfer option and add your account details for payment. Payment status: - Card payments: Since this is an automated payment option, the payment status will be marked as Paid. - Manual payments (UPI, Venmo, CashApp etc): When a user places an order, the payment status will be either marked as pending (not paid) or paid, not verified (user has clicked on Mark as paid button). Once you verify the payment, you can mark the order as paid. Once you have set up your form, you can use the Neartail share link to collect responses from your users. Please try this and confirm.
