Hi - If you have enabled quick navigation for category pages and would like to display the list of categories in the home page, then you can add the ${categories()} formula in the form description.

Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the form title to select it > enter the ${categories()} formula in the form description > click Preview and test the form.

Note: Neartail, just like Google Forms, does not have versioning. Once the changes are saved, it cannot be undone. You will not be able to view version history or revert to a older version.
