You have added a file upload question "Proof of Payment" in your Google Forms. This file upload feature requires users to login with their google account to upload the files and submit the form. There are two options. (1) When you customize the form using the Neartail addon, you can convert the google forms file upload in to html file upload so that users can upload files without login and submit it. (2) If you are planning to enable payments in Neartail, then you can delete the file upload question in Google Forms and enable payments in Neartail. I'd recommend you to choose option (2). We have integrated with Stripe and Paypal for automated payments. In addition, you can also enable manual & offline payment methods such as Cash App, cash on delivery, bank transfer, check. Delete Google Forms file upload question Open your form in Google Forms > click on the "Proof of Payment" question to select it > click on the delete icon > click on the addon icon > click More options > click Customize > Neartail Edit page will open in a new tab. Enable payments In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button. Button settings will be displayed.Click Enable payments. The payment options supported in your country will be displayed. You can configure any of these options in your form and click Save.
