I want to rearrange/rename the order status categories. Edit is not an option when I click on the three dots. The statuses will not let me drag and drop them.
By default, there are four order status: Abandoned, Submitted, Completed, Trash. When you enable automated as well as manual payments in your form, the default order status will include Abandoned, Submitted, Paid, Completed, Trash. You cannot rename the default status or rearrange them.
Custom order status
You can click on the + Status button in the bottom right corner of the Neartail Orders page to create additional status and manage your workflow. You will be able to rearrange the custom status as needed.
