I would just like to use order form in order to enable my customers to just look at the products and order them without enabling payment option which I can do it offline. Do I still need to choose a plan for this or is this feature free? Because, I need a free plan just for this purpose as its a small business.

Hi Ahaana, Neartail is a paid product with a 7 day free trial. You can create an order form and share the link with your customers to take online orders. If you prefer, you can choose to collect payments. If you would like to continue using it after the trial ends, you will have to subscribe to the paid plan.
