Once the user fills the form and submits their order, they cannot edit it. If you would like to provide the option to edit the order, you can setup confirmation emails to be sent to the users with the edit option. alright, but what if the customer wants to make a seperate order? they’re allowed to place one order per form

If you would like to allow the users to place multiple orders, then you can customize your confirmation message to include the link to your form as a hyperlink. Instructions below. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Place order (Submit) button > Button settings screen will be displayed. > click On submit > select Show customized message for this button > Enter the custom message that you would like to display on submit. To add a hyperlink, click on the three dots more icon > click on the link icon > enter the form link for the URL option, "Submit another order" for the Text option and click Ok > Once you have edited the confirmation message, click Save. Please try this and confirm.
