Hi Mark, when you enable automated card payments in your form, Neartail passes the amount to be charged along with the name, email of the customer to Stripe. This is based on the fields mapped in the Summary, Customer settings page. You are getting an invalid email error because you have mapped the Age group field for the Email option in the Customer settings page. Fix email mapping In the Neartail Edit page, click on the form title to select it > click on the gear icon next to the form title > Form settings page will be displayed > click on the configure key fields icon next to the Save button in the bottom right corner > Summary settings page will be displayed > Amount field in the form will be mapped for the Amount option > click Customer > select the Contact Name field for the Name option, Contact Email field for the Email option and click Save. Add email response validation Currently you have added a short answer question for the Contact Email field. You should add a response validation to ensure that the users enter a valid email. Otherwise, users will get an invalid email error when trying to make the payment. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the Contact Email field to select it > click on the gear icon for that field > Fields settings page will be displayed > click Answer > click Configure for the validation option > select Text, Email response validation and click Save. Please try this and confirm.
