Hi Hannah, currently, Neartail does not have direct integration with Zapier for form submissions. You can set up your form to record the responses in Google Form, link it to Google Sheets, and then use Zapier to connect that Google Sheet to your Monday.com account. This way, you can automate the data transfer from your form submissions into Monday.com. Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the form title to select it > click on the settings gear icon > Form settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > enable the Submit to google forms option and click Save. Once enabled, new responses will be recorded in Google Forms. You can use the Google Forms' Link to Sheets feature to sync the responses to Google Sheets and use Zapier to integrate with Monday.com
