If you have enabled inventory, then you can use the Sales by product report to view the quantity sold, number of orders for a product and the available stock. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Reports > In the Reports page, click Sales by product > sales trend report will be displayed > click on the table icon in the bottom right corner > For each product, it will display (x sold, y orders, z left) where x = the quantity sold, y = number of orders received for that product and z = the available stock for that product. You can click on the print icon in the bottom right corner to print this report or save it as pdf.

Thanks. The only issue with that is that until you have some orders for products, none are showing up in the Sales by Product report. But once someone orders I can see how many have been ordered and how many are remaining. I was looking for an easy way to get a list of my inventory, before anyone orders.

Currently we do not have report specifically for inventory. You will have to click on a product to select it and view the inventory using the Neartail Editor.
