Hi Terry, the theme settings, header, footer, logo are applied at the account level and will be the same for all forms created using your account. If you would like to create forms for different brands/companies, then you will have to subscribe and use different accounts for each.
You can choose the preferred language for each form. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > select the language and click Save.
i hope your team will consider those fields are customizable per form. It does not make sense to create multiple accounts (pay multiple subscription fees) just in order to provide multi-languages menu for different customers.
Hi Terry, You can choose different languages for each form. This option is already available. But if you are creating forms for different brands, then you will have to use different email accounts.
even for the same brand, they may create different forms for different purposes. and thus want to customize the title and description for different forms
i can understand that your company does not want a single account control multiple brands. i hope your company can have a solution to balance both sides
Hi Terry, you can customize the title, language for each form. Only the logo, header, footer, theme settings are common for all the forms created using the account. This has been designed this way so that users don't have to customize the theme for each form separately.
For businesses that have multiple brands and need to have a different theme, logo for each of the brands, they can subscribe to the Team or Enterprise plans.
So, how to customize the page title for different form? it appears in the most apparent top position. It needs to be customizable in many cases, even within the same brand
Just use a school as an example. for different forms in the school, the top position title (currently the page title position) many be useful to show different classes. and the theme colors maybe useful to create form for students and teachers separately. Such restrictions for title, description and theme colors

Hi, it would be great if the title and description can also be customizable for the multi-languages purpose, not for different brands
