Hi - If you have enabled automated payments such as card, Paypal, then the amount must be greater than $0. Otherwise, users will not be able to submit the order. If you have added a coupon code option with 100% discount, then the workaround is to enable the cash payment method so that these users can select this option and submit the form without making payments. Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Place order (Submit) button. Button settings will be displayed. Click Enable payments. The payment options supported in your country will be displayed. Enable Cash on delivery payment option in addition to the automated payments. Enter the payment instructions and click Save. This will allow user to submit the form without making payments.
